Select fruit brandy

Fruit brandy is made from crushed apples derived from crushing and squeezing apples for apple juice and vinegar. By the classical fermentation process, apple mash is double distilled in copper kettles. The result is a very pure fruit brandy with a pleasant fruit flavour. The brandy is then matured for six years to refine its aroma and improve its purity. Alcohol content 42 vol. %.

Orange brandy is made from a concentrate of high quality red oranges. After the classical fermentation process, orange brandy is matured to improve its purity, aroma and the balance of flavour. Alcohol content 42 vol. %.

Ground juniper berries are fermented. The berry mash is then double distilled and matured. In spite of a high level of alcohol, gin has no burning aftertaste and has a pleasant fruity flavour. Alcohol content 45 vol. %.

BARRIQUE fruit brandy is a home-made fruit brandy matured in oak barrels for several years to refine its aroma and to obtain its golden colour. Alcohol content 40 vol. %. At the 51st International Evaluation of Wine and spirits 2005, Barrique fruit brandy was awarded a golden plaque for quality.
